Swiped this on during my lunch break and the shimmer caught the light just right in the office bathroom mirror. The water-based formula dried down fast enough that I didn’t have to worry about smudging my liner.
The cooling feel when it glides on is such a nice surprise, and the sparkle stays put all day without that heavy, sticky mess. I just swipe it on and blend with a finger, and it looks like I spent way more time on my makeup than I actually did.
That water-based formula dries down so fast I can blink and it's set, no creasing even on my hooded lids. The shimmer catches the light just right for a night out, and the stick shape makes it stupid easy to swipe on in the car.
